Through this process, various aspects of management and governance within SPs UNHAS can be systematically reviewed for evaluation and continuous quality improvement.

During its implementation, the auditor team examined and reviewed documents as well as the execution of the quality assurance system included in the audit scope. This process also served as a collaborative evaluation space to identify aspects that are already running well and areas that still need improvement.

"We feel that for the Graduate School, the reports we have audited so far are already good. For the future, an opportunity for improvement that can be focused on is the documentation of activities," commented auditor Mashur Naufal Hamid, S.E., M.Si.

The Internal Audit is not only seen as an administrative evaluation process but also as part of the effort to build a sustainable quality culture within the UNHAS Graduate School. The results of the audit process are expected to serve as evaluation material for management to strengthen governance, improve compliance with standards, and encourage improvements in various aspects of education delivery and academic services.

The implementation of this audit also strengthens the commitment of SPs UNHAS to consistently carry out quality assurance. Through coordination between the leadership, GPM-PR, unit managers, and all relevant elements, the evaluation and follow-up process of the Internal Audit is expected to significantly support quality improvement and strengthen the governance of the UNHAS Graduate School.
