Current and prospective master's and doctoral students of the Graduate School of Universitas Hasanuddin can access a range of scholarship programs from the central government, regional government, and special graduate education programs.

The Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (Ministry of Finance) scholarship for master's and doctoral study. Universitas Hasanuddin is on LPDP's list of domestic destination universities.

Beasiswa Unggulan

A Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education scholarship for high achievers, persons with disabilities, and ministry employees, from bachelor's to doctoral level.

PMDSU

The Master's to Doctoral Program for Excellent Graduates — continuous master's and doctoral study for outstanding bachelor's graduates. Universitas Hasanuddin is one of the host universities.

The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology offers master's and doctoral scholarships for lecturers and education staff, including the Domestic Doctoral Education Scholarship (BPDDI).

Regional

South Sulawesi Scholarship

A South Sulawesi Provincial Government scholarship for high-achieving active students of Universitas Hasanuddin, submitted through the provincial Bureau of People's Welfare.

International

KNB Scholarship

The Developing Countries Partnership (KNB) Scholarship from the Government of Indonesia for international students from developing countries to pursue bachelor's, master's, and doctoral study at partner universities.

Application schedules differ for each program and may change every year. Follow the official website of each provider and the announcements of the Unhas Directorate of Student Affairs.

Generally not for similar scholarships. For example, Beasiswa Unggulan requires applicants not to be receiving a similar scholarship funded by the national or regional budget (APBN/APBD). Check the rules of each scholarship before applying.

PMDSU is intended for outstanding recent bachelor's graduates to pursue continuous master's and doctoral study. Graduation year limits, age limits, and other requirements are set for each cohort.
