Monitoring dan Evaluasi Penyelenggaraan Beasiswa PMDSU dilaksanakan pada hari Jum’at, 04 November 2022 Pukul 08.30 WITA – selesai, di Ruang Rapat GB Lantai 2 Sekolah Pascasarjana Unhas

Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan oleh Tim Promotor dan Mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa PMDSU batch IV dan batch V Sekolah Pascasarjana Unhas, dimana sebagai pembicara Prof. Dr. Ir. Budi Prasetyo Widyobroto, DESS., DEA., IPU., ASEAN Eng., (UGM), Dr. rer. nat. Rino Rakhmata Mukti (ITB), serta Juniarti Dwi Lestari, S.Sos., M.Pd. dan Tim dari Kemendikbud Ristek.                

Kegiatan ini dibuka oleh Dekan Sekolah Pascasarjana Unhas Prof. dr. Budu, Ph.D.,Sp.M(K).,M.MedEd., dilanjutkan oleh  Prof. Dr. Ir. Budi Prasetyo Widyobroto, DESS., DEA., IPU., ASEAN Eng., kemudian disampaikan dari Tim Kemendikbud Ristek Ibu Juniarti Dwi Lestari, S.Sos., M.Pd., bahwa akhir tahun 2022 akan menyeleksi Promotor dan Mahasiswa PMDSU secara ketat. Lalu Setiap satu semester selalu dipantau perkembangannya melalui laman link PMDSU.

Selanjutnya, kegiatan ini juga dilaksanakan untuk membahas tentang perkembangan kelanjutan program beasiswa PMDSU, dan mendiskusikan kendala-kendala yang dihadapi oleh pihak Promotor maupun Mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa PMDSU batch IV dan batch V.

Tahun ini batch IV mengikuti acara PKPI selama 4 hingga 6 bulan dibeberapa Perguruan Tinggi di Luar Negeri. Pembekalan diadakan di Jakarta dan memberangkatkan 37 Mahasiswa dari seluruh Indonesia. Selanjutnya Dr. rer. nat. Rino Rakhmata Mukti menyampaikan bahwa di website PMDSU dan Medsos masih ditunggu kontribusi mahasiswa lainnya untuk mempublikasi jurnal. Kemudian Prof. Dr. Ir. Budi Prasetyo Widyobroto, DESS., DEA., IPU., ASEAN Eng., mengatakan bahwa Tim Promotor bersama lembaga harus memiliki strategi khusus termasuk di bidangnya masing-masing, harus paham dan harus tahu untuk mencapai indeks Q3 dan Q4 yang diberdayakan oleh Unhas. Hal ini bisa terjadi jika dosen dan publikasinya bagus, maka nanti mahasiswanya mengikuti.

Berdasarkan data dari Tim Kemendikbud Ristek Ibu Juniarti Dwi Lestari, S.Sos., M.Pd., masih ada mahasiswa PMDSU batch IV yang belum lulus sehingga Prof. Baharuddin, ST., M.Arch., Ph.D., (Wakil Dekan Bidang Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan SPs Unhas) menjawab untuk sementara masih melakukan pembayaran secara mandiri.            

Prof. Dr. Ir. Jamaluddin Jompa, M.Sc., ikut menghadiri evaluasi dan monitoring Penyelenggaraan Beasiswa PMDSU, juga menyampaikan sebaiknya ada reward atau kompensasi administrasi khusus bagi mahasiswa PMDSU yang bisa lulus dalam jangka waktu 2 tahun 4 bulan, sehingga Prof. Dr. Ir. Budi Prasetyo Widyobroto, DESS., DEA., IPU., ASEAN Eng.,  menjawabnya nantinya perlu untuk dipertimbangkan.

This activity is organized by the Promoter Team and PMDSU Scholarship recipient Students batch IV and batch V Unhas Postgraduate School, where as a speaker Prof. Dr. Ir. Budi Prasetyo Widyobroto, DESS., DEA., IPU., ASEAN Eng., (UGM), Dr. rer. nat. Rino Rakhmata Mukti (ITB), and Juniarti Dwi Lestari, S.Sos., M.Pd. and the Team from Kemendikbud Ristek.                

This activity was opened by the Dean of the Unhas Prof. Graduate School Dr. Budu, Ph.D.,Sp.M(K).,M.MedEd., continued by Prof. Dr. Ir. Budi Prasetyo Widyobroto, DESS., DEA., IPU., ASEAN Eng., Then delivered from the Ristek Kemendikbud Team Juniarti Dwi Lestari, S.Sos., M.Pd., that the end of 2022 will closely select PMDSU Promoters and Students. Then every semester is always monitored for its development through the PMDSU link page.

Furthermore, this activity was also carried out to discuss the development of the continuation of the PMDSU scholarship program, and discuss the constraints faced by the Promoter and Students receiving PMDSU Scholarships batch IV and batch V.

This year batch IV attended the PKPI event for 4 to 6 months in which several Colleges were abroad. The debriefing was held in Jakarta and dispatched 37 students from all over Indonesia. Next Dr. rer. nat. Rino Rakhmata Mukti said that on the PMDSU and Medsos website there was still a long time for other student contributions to publish journals. Then Prof. Dr. Ir. Budi Prasetyo Widyobroto, DESS., DEA., IPU., ASEAN Eng., said that the Promoter Team with the institution must have specific strategies including in their respective fields, must understand and must know to reach the Q3 and Q4 indices powered by Unhas. This can happen if the lecturer and the publicization are good, then the students will follow.

Based on data from the Ristek Kemendikbud Team, Ms. Juniarti Dwi Lestari, S.Sos., M.Pd., there are still PMDSU students batch IV who hasn’t graduated so Prof. Baharuddin, ST., M.Arch., Ph.D., ( Deputy Dean of Academic and Student Affairs SPs Unhas) answered to temporarily still make payments independently.            

Prof. Dr. Ir. Jamaluddin Jompa, M.Sc., attending the evaluation and monitoring of the PMDSU Scholarship Organization, also said there should be a special reward or administrative compensation for PMDSU students who can graduate within 2 years 4 months, so Prof. Dr. Ir. Budi Prasetyo Widyobroto, DESS., DEA., IPU., ASEAN Eng., answered later it needed to be considered.
