Ministry of Communication and Information Technology through the Research and Development Agency Human Resource Development re-opens Masters Scholarship Program Domestic and Foreign Affairs in 2021. This program is one form of commitment of the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology for capacity building human resources, especially in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). This scholarship program is open to both Central and State government officials The regions include the TNI and POLRI as well as the general public from private institutions. As a form of policy during the COVID-19 pandemic, the learning method The Domestic Masters Scholarship Program follows government policy. While the departure of the recipients of the Overseas Masters Scholarship Program scholarships will be considering the conditions of the development of the pandemic, government policies and universities in the country of study destination and the learning methods that will used. In terms of university policy and the country of study destination using distance learning learning methods or applying online learning, scholarship recipients will follow the learning process at respective city of domicile or in accordance with applicable regulations.

A. S2 DOMESTIC SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATION IN 2021

General Requirements for Domestic Masters Scholarship Program:

1. Minimum working period of 2 years;
2. Do not have a master’s degree and are not currently participating in a master’s education program from other institutions;
3. Other requirements follow the requirements of each College The selected; and Scholarship applicants are only allowed to register for classes regular.
4. Special Requirements for Civil Servants: Civil Servants (PNS) in Central and Regional government agencies, TNI/POLRI active status;

1. Minimum working period of 2 years (starting from becoming CPNS for applicants from civil servants);
2. Maximum age 37 years old at the time of registration;
3. For civil servants in the 3T area (Lagging, Leading, and Outermost), maximum age 42 years at the time of registration. The list of 3T areas refers to Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 63 of 2020 concerning the Determination of Disadvantaged Areas in 2020 – 2024 dated April 27, 2020 and Presidential Decree No. 6 of 2017 concerning the Determination of Outer Small Islands dated March 2, 2017;
4. Obtaining permission and recommendations from authorized officials (minimum leadership of Echelon II-level agencies) in the relevant institutions to undergo education;
5. Minimum GPA standard requirement of 3.00 for communication and Leadership and Policy Innovation and minimum 2.90 for informatics;
6. Not intended for civil servants with functional positions of teachers in educational sector agencies; and
7. Special requirements that must be met to join the Scholarship ProgramS2 Communication Science is the task and function related to the service of information and public relations of the government and special requirements that must be fulfilled to participate in the Informatics Scholarship Program, is the task and function related to the governance of Information and Communication Technology (ICT)/Information Security and special requirements that must be met to follow the S2 Scholarship Program Leadership and Policy Innovationis its duties and functions related to policy making in the institution concerned. 9. Maximum age of applicants is 33 years at the time of registration;
10. Background in information and communication technology sector and local startup student;
11. Minimum working period of 2 years;
12. Obtain permission from authorized leaders to undergo education;
13. Include a certificate of recommendation or a letter of recommendation from leaders, lecturers or other figures who have credibility;
14. Minimum GPA standard requirement of 3.00 for communication and Leadership and Policy Innovation and minimum 2.90 for informatics; and
15. Other requirements follow the requirements of each selected College.
